Camps are designed to challenge players and help them improve their hockey skills while building both physical strength and confidence.

Led by Coach Mike Henderson, a professional skill development coach with extensive experience coaching players from youth to the NHL, these camps focus on refining technical skills, improving hockey IQ, and preparing players for competition at every level.

✅ 15 Hours of On-Ice Training – Focus on skating, shooting, passing, and game situations
✅ 1 Hour of Off-Ice Training & Presentations

• Sports Psychology to build mental focus and enhance in-game decision making
• Sports Nutrition to enhance performance and recovery
• Game Film Review where each player’s shifts are broken down, providing direct feedback and Q&A for improvement
